Because planning your dog's role in the wedding shouldn't feel like planning the actual wedding
Planning a wedding is a lot. Between venues, florists, outfits, food, seating plans, and making sure Aunty Sue doesn’t sit next to Uncle Steve, it’s no wonder your brain feels like it’s running on confetti and caffeine. That’s where we come in.
Our job is to take one big (and very furry) responsibility off your plate — making sure your dog is cared for, happy, and part of your day in exactly the way you imagine. We keep the process simple, clear, and stress-free so you can focus on enjoying yourself.
1. Complete the Booking Form
If you already know the services you want, amazing! If not, no problem — we’ll help you figure it out.
2. We’ll be in touch within 3 business days
You’ll hear from us via email (our primary contact method), so check your inbox and spam folder if you don’t see us. If you haven’t heard after a few days, you can resubmit or drop us an email — no need to panic or send 47 messages.
3. Confirm your date & pay the deposit
Once we confirm we’re available for your wedding date, we’ll send you a contract and invoice. A 25% deposit secures your booking. You can lock in the main package now and decide on optional add-ons later — so you’re not forced to make every decision today.
4. Complete your Dog Info Form
This is our “Holy Grail” guide to your pup. We’ll collect all the important details — from quirks and favourite treats to medical info and venue expectations — so we can care for your dog like we’ve known them forever. This also covers the boring-but-necessary insurance requirements.
5. Plan any extras (optional)
If you’ve booked things like custom wedding gear, behavioural certification, rehearsal attendance, or pre-wedding grooming/spa services, we’ll arrange these in the lead-up to your big day. If not, we’ll still keep in touch so we’re all set for the wedding.
From there? You relax. The hardest part is over — and we’ve got it from here.
