Refund Policy

We understand weddings can change — but our time, preparation, and scheduling are reserved just for you.

• Deposits: Non-refundable. Deposits secure your wedding date and staff allocation.

• Cancellations:

• More than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus deposit.

​

• 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund minus deposit.
 

• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

​

• Unforeseen Circumstances: We strongly recommend wedding insurance. Unforeseen events (extreme weather, hospitalisation, venue closure) do not remove the payment obligation, but please contact us if you’re experiencing financial hardship — we’ll always try to work with you.

• Overtime: If services extend past the agreed booking time, additional charges will apply in half-hour blocks at our current overtime rate.
