Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely! We love celebrating all kinds of love and are committed to making everyone feel welcome and supported.

 

Do you accommodate neurodivergent clients?

Yes — we’re happy to make adjustments to ensure our neurodivergent clients feel comfortable. Just let us know what you need.

 

How do you handle service dogs at weddings?

As experienced service dog handlers, we ensure your service dog is well cared for and accommodated so you can focus on your big day.

Booking & Services

 

How do I book your services?

You can book directly through our website or contact us for a personalised consultation. We’ll walk you through the options and help you choose the best package for your needs.

 

What areas do you service?

We’re based on the Gold Coast. Weddings within the Gold Coast include travel at no extra cost. We also service Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and parts of northern NSW for an additional travel charge. Outside of those areas? Contact us to see if we can travel to your location.

 

Can you help with multiple pets?

Yes! We can handle multiple pets and customise our services to fit all your furry (or feathered) family members.

 

Do you offer pet-sitting outside of the wedding day?

Our primary focus is wedding day services, but if you require overnight or extended care, we can discuss options through our boutique farm stay (separate terms apply).

Day-Of Logistics

 

What will you wear when caring for our dog on the wedding day?

We’ll be dressed in wedding-appropriate attire so we blend in beautifully with the celebration. We also bring our own elegant BioThane leashes (and can match your wedding colours) so there’s no pet store gear ruining your photos.

 

Do you have insurance and certifications?

Yes — we are fully insured, hold multiple certifications in; pet-sitting, veterinary nursing, dog psychology and training. and have police background checks.

 

Will there be more than one person on the day?

Yes — we’re a two-person team. This ensures we can provide the best possible care to your dog(s) while also managing logistics & wedding day craziness.

Pricing & Packages

 

What packages do you offer?

We offer a range from ceremony-only to full-day VIP care, with add-ons like pet taxi services & spa day packages.

 

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on your package and any add-ons. We’ll provide a tailored quote after your consultation.

Special Requests & Add-Ons

 

Can you provide a custom collar or leash?

Yes — through our sister business, Bowie & Co., we can create custom engraved and painted collars/leashes to match your wedding theme. We also offer premium tailored packages to take the stress out of designing your dream collar. We’ll visit you and your pup before the big day and collaborate together to design your dream setup. Can you create a custom flower collar?

Absolutely! We offer removable flower attachments or fully built-in designs to match your wedding flowers.

 

Do you offer a behaviour assessment certificate?

Yes — we can meet your dog prior to the wedding and provide a behaviour report to help with venue approval.
